Healthy Desserts

I have always had a major sweet tooth. As I hit 30 this year, I have been thinking over my eating habits. Also I had to make sure that my toddlers who are 1.5 and 2.5 years old are eating healthy too. I am not an expert but I go by a simple rule, Every meal should have good amount of 3 magic elements: carbs, fats and proteins. Ideally they should be in certain ratio which I haven't been considering yet. Even if I am making a dessert, I try to balance all the 3 magic elements in them. Here are 3 desserts that I think are super healthy and babies above 6 months will also devour it. 1. Carrot Fox Nut Pudding (Gajar Makhana Kheer) Time : 10 mins Serving : 3  Ingredients : Carrot: 1 shredded Milk: 3 cups Ghee: 1 tablespoon Oats Powder: 1teaspoon (Optional) Jaggery: 2 tablespoon Kesar, Elaichi (Optional) Roasted Fox Nut: 6-7 pieces (crush them) Steps: Roast shredded carrot in ghee until you smell carrots.
